Interviewing a tribe
From TribalWarsWiki
Techniques
Here are a few interviewing techniques incorporated every where, not only in introductory meetings, but in the business world of today. We live in a fast paced world and it's necessary to plan for unwillingness and disconcern for the topic and adjust accordingly. Remember, it's not their problem if our community is missing their tribe information, many believe giving such information could be fatal to themselves, so never go into an interview as if they owe you something.
Be friendly.
Nobody wants to be commanded or feel like they have to give you something. The truth is, they don't, and it's to be assumed many will exercise this right.
Ask real questions and stay on topic.
The quote "Ask two questions, receive the lesser of the answers" comes deeply into play here. If you ask them specifics about their history, but throw several questions on top of that at once, its likely to be perceived as higher priority to them to answer the lesser of the questions, thus providing you much less information. Try to remember what you're aiming for and how in depth you're looking to go with this tribe.
