Jump to: navigation, search

This page leaves an area where wiki participants can request pages to be created or edited as they could not be found by searching.

Perhaps you'd like a new page detailing something within Tribal Wars? Or perhaps you'd like a section added to an already existing page? Feel free to request anything you'd like to see within the wiki here. Once the addition has been made the request will be removed from this page.

For each request please use a new section. This can be done by using == heading ==. Please also sign your contribution with your name using --~~~~. Thanks!

When registering an account it asks me what world I want...how should I know?

Each world has different "speed"...What is speed? FAQ has nothing on this. In my opinion, it should be the top question. What does Speed 1.0 mean? What about speed 250? Do they mean something like turns/hour, or are they just numbers being pulled out of thin air? I couldn't find the answer, so I felt compelled to request it.

Speed is the pace at which things happen in that particular world. E.g. 1 means that it is basic speed, and 2 means that things happen in half of the basic time. For the speed world, everything happens extremely quickly, as it has a high speed. Also, the speed for building and speed for moving troops are not connected, and either can change. Like building speed, movement speed changes how long it takes to attack or support another village, depending on it's distance from your own. (this would have gone better in the FAQ by the way, this page is for requesting pages to be made, not requesting answers to particular questions) Hope that helps.

Support Troops

How do I send support troops to a tribemate? I know I click on "Send Troops" to attack someone. Will it automatically send troops as support if I do this for a tribemate? Or am I just too stupid to find this anywhere? Thanks! --whatever12

After you click "Send Troops" and choose the troops to send, click Support instead of Attack. They are right beside each other. Hope that helps.--Jjjtts6 17:22, 31 December 2007 (CET)

Ingameness...

Well a link to this ingame would help, and an icon url for premium users (quick toolbar) couldn't hurt.

At this moment in time we are hoping to only have users who read the forum. This is because we want to get most of the information onto the wiki before telling everyone it's here! --Oscardog(Talk) 11:23, 30 July 2007 (CEST)

Village

Well, I suppose this is a quite silly request, but I also believe is important. A Village article covering the general aspects of what's the purpose of a village would be nice. I mean, it's after all the first thing you see when you start playing. There are already articles for the different buildings but I find kind of odd that there is none for the village itself as a whole. Perhaps it would benefit from including a few pictures of different village overviews, from a new one to a fairly well developed one in the later stages of the game, just so players can appreciate the changes. Perhaps it could include a guide for new players, similar than the one in the ingame Help section (or maybe just the same one).--81.172.59.223 02:54, 3 August 2007 (CEST)

PS: I'd create it myself but I've been playing for barely a month, so I don't think I'd do a really good job with it.--81.172.59.223 02:55, 3 August 2007 (CEST)

Sounds like a great idea. I'm sure someone is willing to do it. I am, at the momemt, busy with other things such as the Tribeopedia. --Oscardog(Talk) 11:44, 3 August 2007 (CEST)

I may take it on. What exactly would the category be? --Rhane 03:13, 3 September 2007 (CEST)Rhane

Well like the requester said basically a nice guide on how to create a good village, some pointers on what to boost first, waht troops to recruit... etc. --Oscardog(Talk) 11:04, 3 September 2007 (CEST)

It's already been made. http://wiki.tribalwars.net/wiki/Village --Rhane 00:45, 4 September 2007 (CEST)

Its not finished tho. You could still add some useful information. --Oscardog(Talk) 12:17, 4 September 2007 (CEST)

I entered something under the village strategy. If you don't like it, please feel free to edit/rewrite it/swear at me/noble all my villages on all worlds/get rid of it.

What to make first?

What I would like to see from seasoned players for W10 or any of the Worlds is an idea of what your resource levels should be at and your other building levels plus your spear and sword numbers after your period of protection is up. That is one guideline I did not think was quite specific enough so that newer players stand a better chance against veteran players. Having a clearer idea of where you should be at later levels of your village as you grow would also be helpful. While my tribe has a target plan that gives you an idea on resources, barracks, HQ and such the other upgrades are neglected. I have seen other players in my tribe grow much faster as a result, simply because they have played longer.

Tribopedia

my tribe is still not in the tribopedia.why?i added it.

Because someone keeps addind dones to the page when they havnt been done yet... sorry its now been added. --Oscardog(Talk) 16:13, 8 September 2007 (CEST)
Ok it was your fault it was not added. You dont put the "done" in, i do that when its been added! --Oscardog(Talk) 16:15, 8 September 2007 (CEST)

Hi I added my request to get my tribes page added, but it hasnt been completed yet, just asking over here too. Its the Dark Templar page for world 11 its near the top of the list, Thanks

Wall

Can some body explain and add to the page where the info on the wall is, what basic defense on the wall is.

Basic defense? What do you mean by that, I was just on the page and i understand it gives the information from the site. - Demonviper16 23:46, 1 February 2008 (CET)

Nobling

Will someone please make a guide with suggestions on nobleing? Not as in how to make a nobleman, but how to actually Noble a village. It would be greatly apprieciated.

I've just written a short guide on Nobling. Hope that's what you wanted =). - Shredator

Deleting Pages

Not sure if this is the right place, but how do I delete pages on the wiki? I've found some that were pure spam, and I was wondering how do I go about deleting them for good. Thanks.

I believe that you need to be an admin to do that. Talk to Oscardog, Locust, or Ocbaker about this topic.--Jjjtts6 03:08, 18 December 2007 (CET)
Before deleting a page, you will want to check it's history, as it might have been a normal page before being vandalized. As an experiment, I've created this page for reporting vandalism, vandals, and useless pages. -Shredator
You can also help out the admins, using the deletion template here to flag it as vandalism. Don't go flag crazy, however, your account can still be locked as a vandaliser aswell for mis-labeling legit pages. - Demonviper16

Account Deletion

How come an account gets deleted in only about 14 days if inactive? Why not more time?--Kushan I.A.K.J 09:04, 4 February 2008 (CET)

More than two weeks of inactivity is usually a sign that you're unlikely to return. If you're going to go away for an extended time without access to the site you can always try leaving a message on your User: page or another suitable location. That's what i'd believe anyway.- Demonviper16

Image redirects

Not sure if this has been remade, but this is an empty page and i'd like to use it o.O'

Attack Status

Is there any way to look at the status of an attack in progress? The only thing I can see is the result in 'Reports'. I want to determine when my troops will be either arriving at target or arriving back at the village. Thanks in advance. --Balacrea

You can look at your attacks in progress by simply clicking on your rally point. Under the command menu, you can see all attacks from or against you. If you have a premium account, you can also see these attacks beneath your troops and loyalty on the right side of the screen.

you can see the attack status in your rally point(on your left there is a link saying troops on it) 2xmatch

Publish Reports

There is probably an article on this... But I couldn't find it...

When you publish a report, what does the column 'Requests' mean? I have 1037 'Requests' apparently.

This Wiki isn't related to WikiPedia. If your question involves WikiPedia, you will need to ask their support team. Otherwise, provide a link within our Wiki as working example. - DemonSysOp - Talk .:|:. Happy-Wiki Project

he is not talking about wikipepia...he is talking about publicizing reports in game...if you look next to one it has a number of requests...sometimes they are in the thousands others are in single digits...--Ace p wild 01:18, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

That is the number of times that report has been viewed. If you are using the [report_display] tags, then everytime a page is opened with that report on it, it counts as a view.
