At the statue the villagers render homage to your paladin. If your paladin dies you can appoint one of your fighters new paladin. The Statue is a special building. It allows you to make a Paladin, which is a very good unit that is very fast, very cheap, and nameable. Unfortunately you are limited to one paladin. Statues may be created in all villages, while only one paladin may exist at a time. From the statue the paladin can be:

  • equipped with any one weapon currently discovered (on worlds with weapons),
  • given a unique name
  • reassigned to a village other than where it was created.
