Would Greasemonkey constitute an illegal program?

Question

I have a couple of questions about the rules.

1.) The multiple accounts rule = a.) It says that you can account-sit for someone, but you cannot use the account you are sitting for anything other than something that will benefit it, exclusively. What if you join under two different names, and although they both are you, they do not interact with each other in any way and you are only under two names either because you're bored with just one or because you want to gain more experiences or something, but don't push or interact at all, or don't even talk to the same other people? b.) It says no multiple accounts. What if you're tired of the way the game is going, or want a new name, so decide to start up a new account, and thusly initiate the account deletion process but rejoin minutes later, never to touch the other account again even though it still technically exists for another five days?

2.) What is phishing?

3.) The shared connection rule is in a kinda confusing format, please edit for clarification.

[1] "Note that any script that does nothing more than enter values into a form is automatically legal and may or may not be listed here. Examples are scripts that enter coordinates and units to the rally point, scripts that fill out the 'send resources' or 'make offer' forms, etc."

This contradicts the statement in the rules section that "automatically entering unit values is illegal"
