Any pages or articles that are unrelated to the TribalWars game, players, and tribes, will be deleted and the user responsible shall be punished. Users found to contribute inappropriately may be given account suspensions without warning. The only exception to this rule is your user page, where you are free to give information unrelated to the game, at your own discretion.

- Contributing Information (Article title and Correction) Policy

Pages in incorrect places can be moved by a Wiki Administrator without notice or prior warning. Pages moved by IPs or normal users must have a valid reason for doing so or the page will be moved back by a Wiki Administrator. When moving pages, please make sure that there are no pages linked to it, all and any pages that are linked to the moved page must be fixed by the user.

- Contributing Information (Copyright Details) Policy

If the submitted article is submitted by a user, they will have a warning message sent to them. If the article has been submited by a person using an IP address, the copyrighted material will be deleted with a note from the admin that deleted it. Users responsible for repeated breach of copyright laws will be banned from the wiki.

- IP and Username Block Policy

- IP and Username Block Rules Policy

All user and IP blockings made by a Wiki Administrator will be made without warning and they will be enforced at the Administrators' Discretion. If you feel that this is unfair in any way then, upon account creation, you must select the 'Mail Administrator' option and you must say why you think that the ban was unfair or why you think that you can be trusted.

- Adminship Application Submission Policy

All people, persons, groups, or parties applying for the position of Wiki Sysop must have no previous blocks. All parties applying must not have any ban history in game and must have had a Wiki username for the required period stated within the application page. All hoax applications will be denied and the person that submitted the application will be blocked from all three sections of TribalWars (Game, Wiki, Forum)

- Adminship Abuse Policy

All Sysops, bureaucrat, Stewards and Bots must not misuse or take bad advantage of their position, TribalWarsWiki staff has every right to block and demote any Wiki Administrator that is mis-using their powers. All Sysops that mis-use their powers will have their positions stripped and their consequences will be dire.

- Rules and Instructions Policy

All users of this Wiki must obey the rules set by the wiki bureaucrat and sysops, no user or Admin is above the rules. Any users choosing to disobey these instructions of risks disciplinary actions from users of superior ranking. Stewards are above all Rules with the exception of mis-using the Wiki. Under the circumstance that a Steward mis-uses their powers as a Steward, they must surrender their powers to a bureaucrat and must surrender their title.

- Complaint Policy

Any user may make a complaint about another user or sysop, but the complaint must be dealt with by somebody retaining a higher rank than the person with the complaint against them. In the case of a Steward with no other Steward available, there will be a Beurocrat elected by the bureaucrat and Sysops to make a verdict on the complaint, at the time the verdict has been set the bureaucrat that is chosen is above the steward with the complaint against them. If a person makes a complaint against a user that has a lower rank than them, the complainant cannot be the person to make the verdict and so therefore another individual with the same or higher rank as the complainant must decide the verdict. There is an exception if the complainant is a Steward, however, in which case the same rules will apply if there is only one Steward and the Steward had a complaint submitted against him/her.
